YOUR ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT IS PERMITTED BY THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES IN GLOBAL AND NATIONAL COMMERCE ACT (E-SIGN ACT) AND SIMILAR FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS. PROOF HOSTING AGREES TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO YOU ONLY IF YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN. When first-person pronouns are used in this Agreement, (Us, We, Our, Ours, etc.) these provisions are referring to Proof Hosting. For purposes of this Agreement, when "Site" or "Services" are referenced, such reference includes all hardware, software, and network resources necessary to provide said Site and/or Service. Proof Hosting makes certain hosting services (the "Services" or the “Site”) available.
